Gigi Chang is the Managing Partner of TwinCap Partners and brings over 17 years of institutional finance experience as a Financial Controller within European and Fortune 500 oil and gas companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange. She combines deep financial discipline with a practical understanding of how lenders and underwriters evaluate risk, cash flow, leverage, and exit strategies.
In addition to her corporate finance background, Gigi has more than a decade of hands-on experience as a real estate investor and business owner. This firsthand experience allows her to understand the challenges investors and entrepreneurs face and to anticipate the credit requirements lenders expect when structuring financing solutions.
Eight years ago, Gigi earned her Financial Advisor license and began building long-standing relationships with private and institutional lenders nationwide. Today, she serves as a strategic broker and trusted capital liaison, aligning borrower objectives with lender criteria to deliver financing solutions that are clear, defensible, and never one-size-fits-all.
